Why we built Wevlo

The NDIS shouldn't need

Wevlo exists because navigating the NDIS is harder than it should be.

Participants were overwhelmed. Carers were spending hours researching answers that should have been easy to find. Support coordinators were answering the same questions again and again — questions the system should answer itself.

It means we have no conflicts of interest, no referral relationships, and no agenda beyond helping you. You cannot use NDIS funding to pay for Wevlo — it is a self-funded subscription, like Netflix.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and handled as set out in our privacy policy. Memory is off by default — you choose what Wevlo stores. You can delete individual items, clear all memory, or delete your account entirely at any time. We never sell your data and it never trains AI models.
A one-off $29 payment for 60 days of Wevlo Plus — ideal when a plan review or reassessment letter arrives. You get the plan review tool, written summary, budget tracker and reports, with no subscription and nothing that renews. When it ends you move to the free plan and keep what you saved.
No. You only need an email address. You can try Wevlo without any account at all by asking a question on this page, and the 30-day trial starts with just your email — no NDIS number, no card.

Wevlo can explain how NDIS support categories work, what 'reasonable and necessary' means, and help you understand what's typically funded — but it cannot tell you what your specific plan approves.
