1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wevlo ("the Service", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wevlo is an AI-powered NDIS support tool available at wevlo.com.au. It helps NDIS participants, carers and support coordinators understand plans, track budgets and goals, keep notes and appointments, store documents and prepare for plan reviews.
3. Not an NDIS Provider
Wevlo is an independent digital tool. It is not a registered NDIS provider, is not affiliated with the NDIA, and does not decide what your plan funds. NDIS plan funding cannot be used to pay for Wevlo.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use Wevlo on behalf of an NDIS participant, you confirm you have their consent or the appropriate authority to do so.
5. Plans, Trials and Payments
Wevlo offers a Free plan and a paid NDIS Plan at AU$24.99 per month. New NDIS Plan subscribers get a 30-day free trial with no card required; you are not charged unless you add payment details and choose to continue after the trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan includes AI chat subject to the fair-use limits shown on our pricing page, and up to 2 document uploads per day. We may adjust Free plan limits from time to time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wevlo to: (a) break any law; (b) upload or send harmful, offensive or illegal content; (c) attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer, overload or compromise the Service; (d) use the Service commercially without our written consent; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.
8. Your Data
Your use of Wevlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Chat history, NDIS goals, notes, budgets, appointments, plan reviews and documents you save to Wevlo are stored securely in your account until you delete them or your account. Documents uploaded only to be summarised are processed to create the summary and are not kept. Memory features are opt-in and controlled by you. We do not sell your personal data, and it is not used to train AI models.
9. AI-Generated Content
Wevlo uses AI to generate responses and summaries. They are for general information and personal support only and are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. AI can make mistakes, so check important information and consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions.
10. Intellectual Property
Wevlo's software, content and design are owned by us. You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting content you give us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
